18、Equipment Description: The DF -XL/28DW horizontal copper fine wire drawing machine adopts a horizontal single-layer arrangement design. A main motor is driven to the tower wheel shaft and the drawing shaft through a flat belt; the wire take-up shaft is driven by an independent three-phase AC motor and adopts dual frequency conversion synchronous control. The power of the annealing machine is provided by the main machine of the wire drawing machine. The round copper wire enters the drawing chamber through the pay-off rack and is stretched through the tower wheel and the wire drawing die. During stretching, the wire and the die are cooled by spraying. The wire passes through the drawing wheel, the counting guide wheel, the tension rocker guide wheel, the wire guide wheel, and the wire arrangement guide wheel in turn and enters the wire take-up reel. The control of the take-up tension is that the tension rocker provides a deviation signal to the take-up inverter (special for wire drawing machine). By processing the signal, the inverter adjusts the speed of the take-up motor to achieve the purpose of balancing the tension. The electrical control system has an automatic memory function to ensure that normal start and stop and restart after shutdown do not require manual assistance, and can accelerate smoothly. The dual frequency conversion synchronous control is adopted to achieve stepless speed regulation in production. The annealing voltage tracks the take-up speed, truly achieving the purpose of continuous annealing. The wire arrangement system is driven by an independent stepper motor + stepper driver connected to a ball screw; the brake system of the take-up part adopts electromagnetic brake as standard.
