Part one、Performance characteristics of annealing tin plating machine
1. This device is an energy-saving device with a daily electricity consumption of 320 kWh (about 600 kWh for traditional models).
2. Continuous annealing and tin plating can be carried out simultaneously. Low noise, fast speed, and stable performance.
3. The annealing furnace and tin plating furnace adopt SCR+temperature control meter for segmented temperature control, and the temperature distribution inside the furnace is uniform. High precision, saving energy.
4. Using 316 # stainless steel (heating wire is CR20Ni08 nickel chromium wire) heating wire, the temperature is balanced and the heating is fast. Built in Luyang insulation cotton and aluminum silicate board for insulation and heat preservation.
5. Adopting stepless speed regulation, screw wire arrangement, and equipped with frequency converter and reduction motor.
6. The wire winding adopts a two-layer integrated design, which can simultaneously produce several wire diameters. Each section of the axis is equipped with independent switches, separate torque winding and voltage regulation.
Part two、Annealing furnace body
1. Outer furnace: Made of precision welded national standard A3 board, with a total length of 9 meters and a thickness of 560 mm.
2. Inner bladder: This device is an energy-saving product with a dual bladder structure. The inner liner is made of national standard 304 # stainless steel welded together, with built-in Luyang insulation blanket and fiber machine board insulation and heat insulation.
3. The furnace plate is equipped with hot wire heating, which increases heat quickly and ensures uniform temperature. The total power is 54KW. (Heating tubes can be used or specified by the customer.). )
4. The furnace tube is made of seamless stainless steel, with a specification of ø 14X2.25X9700mm.
5. Temperature control: Use Taiwan Qisheng temperature control meter to control temperature in three stages.
