PART TWO, mechanical structure performance analysis:
1、Body structure:
1-1、Material: Q235
1-2、Structure: The machine body is welded from steel plates, annealed to eliminate internal stress, and then processed by a precision milling machine to complete the integrated drilling.
2、Incoming line:
2-1. Cable entry position: There is a long cable entry hole on the left side of the machine body.
2-2. Cable entry hole position: a water collection tank is installed on the outside.
3、Axis:
3-1. Material: #45 steel
3-2. Precision: The axis is tempered to HRC25-27 to ensure the removal of internal stress and improve the rigidity of the workpiece. The mating parts are ground to ensure the balance of concentricity and roundness.
4、Transmission part: The whole machine is driven by flat belt.
5、Wire drawing wheel:
5-1. Use chromium oxide sprayed wire drawing wheel.
5-2. The wire drawing wheel is fixed with screws, which makes loading and unloading easy and will not damage the precision of the axis.
6、Eye mold base:
6-1. The first eye model is independent.
6-2. The second to twenty-ninth eye molds are steel castings with a small body to increase the space for the extraction operation.
7、Wire drawing lubrication system:
7-1. Lubrication of the wire drawing wheel and wire drawing eye mold. Install a movable water pipe joint on the top without affecting the threading operation.
7-2. The upper layer is spray lubrication, and the lower layer is mold base water bubbling lubrication.
