    Equipment manufacturing structure description:


    A: Mechanical part:
    1. The furnace shell is made of national standard 6mmA3 steel plate roller welding, the furnace mouth flange plate is made of 16mm steel plate, and the furnace bottom is reinforced with 12# channel steel.
    2. The furnace bottom is built with high-aluminum bricks, and the furnace and furnace mouth are built into a circular furnace with hard high-aluminum shaped bricks. The blast port is cast with Morgan imported castables, and the space between the furnace refractory bricks and the furnace body is filled with high-temperature aluminum silicate insulation materials. The insulation layer is 200mm thick and is made of three layers: refractory layer, anti-seepage layer, and thermal insulation layer.
    3. A protective tube is welded between the furnace and the insulation material, which can effectively prevent the furnace from cracking under high temperature and improve the insulation effect. The protective ring is welded with a 4mm thick steel plate roller.
    4. The high-temperature combustion system is mainly composed of split high-speed burners, high-pressure combustion-supporting fans, intelligent heat exchange systems, air ducts, flues, solenoid valves, proportional valves, pressure reducing valves, pressure gauges, manual valves, ignition controllers, high-pressure packages, and various control valves. It has controlled automatic ignition detection, automatic control of gas and air ratio, and automatic controlled switching between high and low fires to meet the needs of temperature control and melting and heat preservation.
    5. Main pipeline configuration: ball valve, filter, pressure regulating valve, gas release valve, pressure gauge and other control accessories.
    6. There is a drain door at the bottom of the furnace body. When the crucible breaks, the aluminum liquid will flow out. An automatic alarm device is designed to quickly and automatically cut off the power supply to avoid serious damage to the furnace.


    B: Electric control cabinet device:
    1. The electrical control cabinet is a suspended independent electrical control cabinet. The outer door is the instrument control panel and the inner door is the line layout. It is beautiful and generous. The dimensions are: width 500×height 600×thickness 250mm.
    2. Two digital display intelligent instruments are used for automatic temperature control and heating. One is used for main control heating, and the other is used for monitoring and protection. In addition, two thermocouples are provided: one for measuring the furnace temperature and the other for measuring the aluminum liquid in the furnace.
    3. Equipped with ground leakage protection device and liquid leakage alarm device. It is equipped with over-temperature alarm light (red), slag removal alarm light (yellow) and low temperature alarm light (yellow).
    4. Burner ignition failure: When the burner fails to ignite, the indication of the fault will be displayed on the burner control panel and the control box panel, and the control system will cut off the heating circuit of the burner.
    5. It adopts dual temperature and dual thermocouple (PID) control (provides 4∽20mA output control signal), with high temperature control accuracy and low failure rate.

    2. Environment: Temperature: minus 5-50℃
    3. Installation location: The height shall not exceed 1000 meters above sea level.
    4. No conductive dust: No explosion and violent vibration.
    5. It must be equipped with a three-phase five-wire power supply with a voltage of 380V and a power of no less than 20KW.
