The up-cast copper continuous casting process and equipment are used to produce copper rods, copper tubes and copper strips, among which oxygen-free copper rods have the largest output.
A very critical component on the up-cast copper continuous casting equipment is the graphite crystallizer, which is directly related to the production efficiency, production cost and product quality of oxygen-free copper profiles.
